We offer what we consider a "No-Contact" release option. This means we can have a contract/application emailed to the cosigner's/indemnitor's email address, as well as the payment method (see "03.") below for further details on payment. Once our agent(s) have reviewed the indemnitor application and has approved it, the indemnitor will receive a call from our office letting you know our agent(s) are ready to post the bail bonds with the jail. APPROVAL SHOULD ONLY TAKE A FEW MINUTES ONCE OUR OFFICE RECEIVES THE RETURNED INDEMNITOR APPLICATION!!

Once you receive the approval call from our office and our agent is headed to the jail to post the bond, the indemnitor will need to arrange for their loved one/released defendant to be picked up from the jail. The defendant then will have 12-hours to contact our office letting us know they have been released and providing a SEPERATE email address that belongs to the defendant to sign their end of the contract/application. Our office will then set a date within 48-hours for the defendant and cosigner to come into our office for a one-time (unless otherwise specified), "in person check-in" with our office. WE ALSO OFFER THE TRADITIONAL BAIL BONDS PROCEEDURE (Co-signer/indemnitor can come into our office, post bail (if approved), and wait until defendant/loved one is released to complete paperwork in the same day).

We accept online payments through our "payments" portal. This payment portal is accessible by scrolling to the top of the page, and clicking "payments." If you are on a payment plan and need to make a payment, this is our fastest and easiest payment option! IF YOU ARE A COSIGNER/INDEMNITOR THE AGENT THAT CONTACTS YOU FROM OUR OFFICE LETTING YOU KNOW THE APPLICATION IS APPROVED, WILL ASSIST IN MAKING THE INITIAL PAYMENT!
The "No-Contact" option is designed by our office to make the bail bonding process simpler, easier, and less haggle for our clients. We understand that being released from jail is a long process and most defendants would rather go get a shower and something to eat than to come straight to a bail bonds office.
